2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 402, 384 and 386 of Indian Penal Code .
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on 12.012.2023 , informant Yugesh Chandra got secret information that some criminal natured ex-students of Saidpur Hostel have assembled and were forcibly taking contribution in the name of Saraswati Puja from Coaching Institutes, Private Hostels and Business Men of Bazar Samiti, due to which there is terror among the public in the locality . Upon such information , a raid was conducted, and two boys were apprehended who disclosed the name of other co-accused persons as their associates who fled away from the spot. No.50406 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 examining the whatsapp chat and call recording of accused persons, it was disclosed that accused persons have planned to shoot one Faramveer for which one Bholu was to bring pistol and other suspicious photographs, two mobile phones were also found from the spot.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner and he has got no concern with the alleged recovery . At present, petitioner is living in Delhi for preparation of competitive exams. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - Ist Class Patna City in connection with
