2. This application has been filed for proper investigation of Sigori P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024 under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 85 of the BNS and under Sections 3⁄4 of the DP Act.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of her grievances by way of filing petition in accordance with law and in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1647 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. reported as ( 2008) 2 SCC 409.

4. If such a petition is filed before the Magistrate concerned, the same shall be considered and disposed of within 15 days of its filing.
