2. This is the third attempt on behalf of petitioner to seek bail. Earlier the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 83063 of 2024 .
3 . The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 866 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date only two witnesses have been examined out of total four prosecution witnesses and the case is pending for the rest of prosecution witnesses. Petitioner is in custody since

5 . Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II, Gopalganj in Gopalganj Town Police Station Case No. 866 of 2022/Sessions Trial No. 770 of 2023 .
