2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances as raised in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Rural

Patna High Court CWJC No.12543 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and he further submits that if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, appropriate direction be issued to the concerned authority to dispose of the said representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondents-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within one month from today, and if such a representation is filed, the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to dispose of the same within six months from the date of filing of the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna should be a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction and liberty as granted, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
