Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the present writ petition stands disposed off, inasmuch as no subsisting grievances exist qua the petitioner herein, however the petitioner is granted liberty to file an interlocutory application for revival of the present writ petition, in case the aforesaid payment has not been made, whereupon this Court would initiate contempt proceedings

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
