2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 376, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, in the night of 27.08.2023, this petitioner entered into the room of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that on 27.10.2023, petitioner called informant at his shop on assurance of marriage and when she reached there, she was raped and videographed and when informant asked to marry, she was assaulted by the petitioner.

4. Considering the accusation, prayer for anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50272 of 2024(3) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 bail of the petitioner is refused.
