JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 Considering the fact that the petitioner has been paid salary in terms of the order dated 09.04.2010 passed by the Writ Court in CWJC No. 7257 of 2008, the Court does not find any justification to proceed any further in the matter and enter into the controversy as to whether petitioner is entitled for payment of the period 09.07.2014 to 11.05.2016 as it is subsequent to the order passed by the Writ Court, i.e. 09.04.2010. The present proceeding is accordingly dropped and this application stands disposed of.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to agitate any subsisting grievance before any appropriate forum in

Patna High Court MJC No.924 of 2015(7) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 accordance with law.
