2. The present application has been filed for quashing of order dated 16.03.2016 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.634 fo 2014, registered under Sections 420, 486, 114/34 of IPC.; Section 103 of the Trade Marks Act and under Section 63 of the Copy Right Act, by which the petition filed under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge has been rejected.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide letter dated 21.08.2025 that charge has been framed and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35592 of 2016(6) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 case is at the stage of evidence in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.634 fo 2014 .

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
