JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh application for grant of arms license, before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in terms of the provisions contained in the new Arms Rules, 2016. Liberty, so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, shall take a final decision and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law,
