The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the admittedly there was a land dispute between the parties with case and counter case from both the sides. The injuries are purported to have been inflicted on both sides. However, no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioners and since they are also not having criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35610 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 P2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
