JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.10.2024 passed in CWJC No.15076 of 2024, the District Magistrate, Samastipur has already passed a reasoned order dated 29.08.2025, rejecting the application of the petitioner, which in view of the learned counsel for the petitioner is cryptic.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 29.08.2025 by availing such other

Patna High Court MJC No.2171 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed of.
