JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 305 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55862 of 2018 with direction to trial court to expedite the trial. Thereafter, report regarding stage of trial was also called for vide order dated 07.08.2019. The aforesaid report has been received, from perusal of which it appears that charges have already been framed against the accused. Summons have also been issued against witnesses and the trial is likely to be concluded within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47408 of 2019(5) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that trial is at its fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
