2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 118(2), 109(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner, along with F.I.R. named accused person, fired from their pistols as a result of which son of informant sustained fire arm injuries.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. The present case is counter-blast of Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 which was lodged earlier in point of time against informant and others and in retaliation,

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he, along with co-accused persons, fired shots as a result of which son of informant sustained grievous injuries.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
