The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 412, 413 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar Mishra @ Badal, who was apprehended with arms and ammunition. No arms or ammunition has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47175 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia (Kumarbag) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
