JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 Counsel for the respondent-Corporation has brought on record letter dated 20.4.2019 issued by the Executive Officer (new Capital circle). It is submitted that only dues on account of pay anomaly for the period 01.02.2007 to 31.03.2010 to the tune of Rs 92,727/- remains outstanding.

It is the specific stand of the respondents that upon release from headquarter, dues would be paid to the petitioner. Since all other dues have already been paid to the petitioner nothing survives in the writ petition. However, this court would observe that balance amount of Rs 92,727/- should
