For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Home guard in Jehanabad District as she has qualified in the examination held pursuant to the advertisement no. 02/2011.

(b). For directing the District Magistrate cum Chairman District Selection Committee to dispose off the representation dated 12.01.2023

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances and seeks a direction upon the Respondent authorities to decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
