The appellant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No. 151 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379, 436 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i) X, 3 (2) IV, V of S.C./S.T. Act.

The allegation against the appellant is that the appellant along with others have assaulted to the informant with farsa, causing injury and when his family members came to save him, they also assaulted and set fire in his house. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and from the F.I.R. it appears that there is no specific allegation against the appellant and the appellant has clean antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this appeal is allowed and the impugned order is set aside, let the appellant, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge,1st-cum- Special Judge, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No. 151 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 of CR.P.C.
