2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 601 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, 408 stolen watches of different companies were recovered from a co-accused Naushad and he has given his self inculpatory statement in which the petitioner has been named. Petitioner is a member of famous shutter cutter gang of East Champaran.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50816 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
