The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 636 of 2015 registered under Sections 406 and 420 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that on perusal of Annexure-2 to the bail application, it appears that after absconding the company, the petitioner Ashok Kumar immediately filed Bihta P.S. Case No. 578 of 2014 for the offence under sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C. against the main culprits and named them in the F.I.R. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S.
