1. Rajesh Kumar @ Rajesh Pd., son of Jawahar Prasad, Resident of Mohalla- Chiraiyatand Prithvipur, Ashi Vastralaya in Malti Comlex, Kankarbag, Patna.

.... .... Petitioner/s

Versus

1. The State of Bihar.

2. Madi Yadav, Son of Late Lal Babu Rai, Resident of Prithavipur, Chiraiyatand, P.S. Kankarbagh, District- Patna. .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rabi Bhushan Prasad No. 1 For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Md. Ansarul Haque ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Opposite party No.2 has been allowed regular bail by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Patna, by an order, dated 27.05.2017, in connection with Kankarbag P.S. Case No. 292 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

This application has been filed seeking cancellation of his bail so granted. It is alleged that Opposite party No.2 did not return an amount of Rs. 36,000/- to one Pappy Yadav and he demanded extortion.

From perusal of the application, I find that no ground for

cancellation of bail is made out. There is nothing on record to show that Opposite party No.2 ever misused the privilege of bail after having been released on bail.

This application has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
