Patna High Court CR. REV. No.187 of 2014 dt.07-09-2015 2/2 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 29.01.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar in Maintenance Case No. 169 of 2011.

Having considered the facts of the case, I do not find any merit in the application. Hence the same is rejected. The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for compliance of its order. Cr. Rev. No. 381 of 2014 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 26.03.2014 by which the Sessions Judge, Katihar in Cr. Appeal No. 71 of 2013 affirmed the order dated 04.09.2013 passed by the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in C.A. No. 2272 of 2008 under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. I do not find any reason for interference. The application stands rejected.
