JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing order dated 11.07.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Begusarai in Session Trial No. 457 of 2015, due to efflux of time, the application has become infructuous, as charges have already been framed and witnesses have been examined during trial.

In view of the submissions made above, the application is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points available to him at the stage of final argument.
