The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 624 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 420, 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 489(D), 489(E)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no fake currency transaction in which the petitioner is involved rather he has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. He has been rotting in judicial
