2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to correct the address of respondent nos.7 and 8 in course of the day.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the prayer made in this application, this Court deems it fit, proper and in the interest of justice, to relegate the case of the petitioner before the Regional Director, Eastern Regional Committee, NCTC, New Delhi (respondent no.7) to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with all supporting documents before the Regional Director, Eastern Regional Committee, NCTC, New Delhi (respondent no.7) within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.7 shall dispose it in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties
