2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 308 of 2017.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact the so-called victim girl had herself fled away without giving any information. It is submitted that she is a major girl aged about 18 years. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the statement of the victim girl
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72484 of 2018(3) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has claimed to be 14 years of age and raised direct allegation against the petitioner along with other persons, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
