Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 329 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
