This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 318/2012, disclosing offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, taking a line of least resistance, has submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the cheque amount of Rs. 30,000/- to the informant within four weeks from today before the court below and submit a receipt in token thereof.

No.48884 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 If that is done and the petitioner surrenders before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 318/2012, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
