JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khajauli P.S.Case No. 43 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that it was co-accused Suresh Yadav, who had assaulted with farsa on the head of the daughter of the informant and the petitioners along with five others assaulted the informant and his daughter but the medical report annexed as Annexures-2 to 4 to the present application would indicate that the informant had sustained only simple and superficial injury, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46084 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S.Case No. 43 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
