2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patrakarnagar (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No. 350 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 304 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in chain snatching.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2025 and he is accused in six more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. During investigation, materials have also come against him to connect him with the crime.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
