====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge vide order dated 05.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30184 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now charge has been framed against the petitioner on 05.08.2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57321 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 which is annexed at Annexure-2 of this application. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 279 of 2019.
