2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.04.2022.

4. As per prosecution case, petitioner is said to have killed his father when he refused to give money to the petitioner.

5. The postmortem report supports the allegation levelled against the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith. The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer of bail after examination for the informant in the trial.
