ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.41 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In view of the fact that there is no specific allegation against these three petitioners and that the name of the persons who had given rod blow on the head of the informant has not been specifically stated in the F.I.R., let all the three
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35538 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate1, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.41 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
