JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-10-2023 At the outset, Mr. Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in deference to the order of this Court, representation of the petitioner has been disposed of negating the claim of the petitioner and as such the same is required to be assailed in a separate proceeding.

2. Learned counsel for the State reiterates the submission made on behalf the petitioner and submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, the claim of the petitioner has been considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

3. In view thereof, the present contempt petition

Patna High Court MJC No.2569 of 2019(3) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the other remedy available under the law.
