The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case no. 48 of 2020 registered under sections 306, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R., it is stated that on information having been received that the dead body of the sister of the petitioner was being cremated, an enquiry was conducted on which it transpired that the family members of the deceased had come to know about the affair of the deceased with a boy, had scolded her and as a result of the same she had consumed some intoxicating material resulting in her death.

No.5186 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the full brother of the deceased who has been falsely implicated in the case by the informant on the basis of unsubstantiated suspicion. He is in custody since 19.9.2020, has no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted in the case.
The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the period in custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case no. 48 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
