ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.10.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif by which it has directed the Petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 in Maintenance Case No. 87(M) of 2011.

The Petitioner submits that he is not in a position to pay Rs. 3,000/- as ad-interim maintenance.

Let him pay a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month. In case the Petitioner fails to deposit the arrears @ Rs. 1,500/- per month within the next three months from the date of receipt of this order stringent steps shall be taken against him.

The Court below is directed to conclude the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9822 of 2014 dt.03-03-2016 proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party if he has not done so already. The Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
