JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State as also learned counsel for the Informant. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 504, 506, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted as also the petitioner has criminal antecedent of two cases. He further submits that the allegation is of firing by Karu Yadav @ Ranjit Kumar and Guddu Yadav on the sister of

No.57065 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/3 the Informant, namely, Shobha Devi who sustained injury on her hand, breast and head and, thereafter, the allegation of firing on rest of the accused persons is general and omnibus in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of the F.I.R., it is manifests that there is specific allegation of firing against Karu Yadav @ Ranjit Kumar and Guddu Yadav. As far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he had also accompanied them.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and Informant vehemently oppose the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Informant submits that specific allegation of firing is on Karu Yadav @ Ranjit Kumar and Guddu Yadav causing injury to Shobha Devi, the sister of the Informant, who received gunshot injury on her hand, breast and head and she also lost both her eye-sights and the petitioner is alleged to have accompanied them.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and the allegation of firing is against Karu Yadav @ Ranjit Kumar and Guddu Yadav, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
