JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 It appears from Annexure 'A' to the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party No. 2 that a sum of Rs.97,000/- is said to be the admitted amount payable to the petitioner and direction has already been issued to the Block Development Officer, Harlakhi to make payment, it is further shown in Paragraph No. 13 of the show cause that the petitioner has received the cheque in question on 06.05.2015 itself.
If this is the position, it appears that filing of the present contempt application on 13.10.2015 was a misconceived remedy applied for.
The application stands disposed off.
The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order
