Patna High Court CWJC No.13695 of 2019 dt.09-07-2019 2/3 Aam Sabha. However, the other candidates objected to the petitioner being placed at serial No. 1 and, therefore, no decision could be taken by the authorities concerned for appointing the petitioner on such post. Even with the passage of time, no decision has been taken and no appointment therefore has been made.
2. The petitioner also reliably learnt that the fresh selection process is likely to be floated.
3. The complaint made by the petitioner before the Child Development Project Officer, the District Programme Officer and the District Magistrate, Siwan has yielded no result up-till now.
4. Under the aforesaid circumstance, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer, Siwan (respondent No. 4) within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall have the facts verified and, after hearing the parties, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
