Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the petitioners are of entering into the house and killing the husband of the informant by a sharp cutting weapon .

It is submitted that though the allegation is of fleeing away after breaking the fence but in the investigation fence has not been found broken. Petitioners have falsely been implicated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66828 of 2018(3) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 on extraneous consideration due to subsisting land dispute. Considering the grievous nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
