Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case no.62 of 2016 dated 9.2.2016 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 308, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of stabbing the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR itself shows that there was altercation between the children of both the parties and in the spur of moment, the occurrence took place as well as the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure-2 to the Supplementary Affidavit.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Raghuveer Prasad, J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case no.62 of 2016 dated 9.2.2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
