It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in place of petitioner No. 2, it has inadvertently been mentioned that petitioner No. 1 has been arrested. Hence, vide order dated 29.07.2022, the petition with respect to petitioner No. 1 was permitted to be withdrawn and petitioner No. 2 was allowed anticipatory bail.

The said mistake perpetuated since it has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44265 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 wrongly been mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Accordingly, the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34062 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in place of petitioner No. 1, the petition with respect of petitioner No. 2 namely Mantosh Mahto is directed to be withdrawn and petitioner No. 1 is directed to be released on anticipatory bail.

The period of surrender is also extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 29.07.2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
