24-09-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received a copy of the show cause today from which it appears that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected. In that view of the matter, he would not press this application while seeking liberty to challenge the order passed on his representation.

Patna High Court MJC No.485 of 2015 (3) dt.24-09-2018 It appears from Annexure-A to the show cause filed today that the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur has passed the order which is said to be in compliance of the order of the learned writ court.

Taking into note of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move ahead if so aggrieved by the order of the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur.
