This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 634 of 2015, disclosing offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their disputes.
Considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, Sanjit Ram, in the event of his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10945 of 2017(4) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 634 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. This is subject to the condition that the petition shall present himself before the Court, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court below on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
