2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "i. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to construct the new building of Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan of Gram Panchayat Kharenda, Block- Rampur, District Kaimur in the headquarter village Kharenda at the available land bearing Khata No. 148, Plot No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10923 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 834 admeasuring 1.86 decimals and stop the respondent authorities to construct the same in a different village as the same could only be done in the event of unavailability of land in the headquarters of the Gram Panchayat.

ii. For any other writ (s), order (s), direction (s), relief (s) for which the petitioners shall be entitled to."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice that he represent the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Kaimur at Bhabhua (respondent no. 3) with the said prayer.

4. Granting said liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
