Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is in custody and petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased respectively. They are separate in mess and business.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58221 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Chanpatia Sirisiya OP Police Station Case No. 331 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
