1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari setting a side the order passed by District Program Officer, Sitamarhi (Respondent No.3) vide Memo No. 1025 dated 20.06.22 in connection with Anganwari Case No. 69/2019, filed by the respondent No. 7, as well as for setting a side the order dated 13.05.23 passe by respondent No. 2 in Anganwari appeal case No. 26/2022, filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11883 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 petitioner, whereby and whereunder respondent No.3 has set a side the selection of the petitioner from the post of Anganwari Sevika and the same has been confirmed by the respondent No.2, without considering the case of the petitioner as well as guide line issued by the ICDS Patna for this regard and restore the selection letter of the petitioner dated 17.12.18 (annexure-1)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
