The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bihpur P. S. Case No. 389 of 2018 dated 07.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned advocate for the petitioner who is assisted by Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Singh, after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioners to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73471 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 In case such an application be filed, the court below shall take into account all relevant facts and would not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court and shall pass orders in accordance with law.
