The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 307, 302 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner that he shot at the deceased Pragash Choudhary, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
