1. No one appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents referring to paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5 submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

3. Paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the counter affidavit of respondent nos.4 and 5 are quoted herein below for ready reference:-

That it is humbly submitted that the petitioner has been again reinstated in his service vide memo no. 509 dated 12-05-2015 issued by the Principal Secretary. Education Department, Govt. of Bihar. Now petitioner is working on the post of Panchayat Teacher.

Photocopy of letter no.509 dated 12-052015 is enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure-B to this Counter Affidavit.

7. That under the facts and circumstances stated above the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and this writ petition is fit to be dismissed."

4. In view of the above statement made in the counter affidavit of the respondents as also on account of learned counsel for the petitioner not having appeared in this case, this application is disposed of as not pressed. (Partha Sarthy, J) Shiv/- U
