The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 7314 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Patna has passed an order dated 17.09.2025, rejecting the claim of the petitioners, hence the petitioners be granted liberty to challenge the same. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
